Player Development Pathway
Building Players Step by Step
Arkansas Forge FC programs are built around the natural stages of player development. From small-sided play to the full 11v11 game, each level is designed to help players build the right skills at the right time—developing technical ability, confidence, decision-making, teamwork, and competitive understanding in a challenging but supportive environment.
Programs
7 v 7
(U8-U10)
At the 7v7 level, development starts with the ball. Players focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, movement, spacing, and basic team concepts in a format that gives them more touches and more chances to make decisions. The goal is to build confidence, creativity, and a love for competing.
9 v 9
(U11-U12)
Our 9v9 program helps players take the next step in their development by introducing more advanced team structure and tactical understanding. Players continue building technical quality while learning how to read the game, support teammates, transition quickly, and compete with purpose.
11 v 11
(U13-U19)
At the 11v11 level, players are challenged to bring together technical ability, tactical understanding, physical effort, and mental discipline. This stage emphasizes position-specific development, team shape, game management, leadership, and preparation for higher levels of competition.
Fees
The fees listed below are per season (2 seasons per year, fall and spring). We have a tiered pricing structure for each age group:

Fees cover:
- Club season fees
- League association player registration
- Additional club/team skills sessions
- Coach and staff compensation
- Field rental expenses
- Club administration costs
Fees do not cover:
- Uniforms (kit pricing and options coming soon)
- Tournament fees
- Travel expenses
